FINDING PRODUCTS

 

Q. I can’t find what I’m looking for.  Do you carry other promotional products not shown on your website?

A. Yes! In fact, we carry hundreds of thousands of promotional products.  If you can’t find a product on our website, or if you have any questions at all, we can help.  Contact our sales representatives at 800-704-7155 or email us at sales@crackerjackpromos.com.

 

Q. I need a custom designed product in a special shape, theme, color, etc.  Do you create custom designed products?

A. Yes! We have extensive custom product design capabilities and are specialists in creating the right branding product for your marketing programs.  Contact us and we’ll take care of the rest!

 

Q. How come two or more products that have different item numbers, but appear to be identical, are priced differently?

A. Sometimes, appearances can be deceiving.  For example, the exteriors of writing instruments may look identical but, in fact, may use different writing ink cartridges inside.  Ditto for electronics…they may appear identical, but may use different types of electrical components on the inside. Rest assured that we will let you know the advantages and disadvantages of products that appear to be the same, but are priced differently.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

 

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Once you find the product you’d like, you can order in three different ways:

 

1) LIVE PERSON: Call our sales representatives at 800-704-7155.  We’ll go through your order with you, step by step, and make it really easy.

2) ONLINE: Click on your product and follow the prompts.

3) EMAIL: Email us at sales@crackerjackpromos.com with all of the order details i.e. 

Item number, item color, imprint copy, imprint color, art file, quantity, date needed and payment method.  We’ll take care of the rest and email you your order form.

 

After you place your order, we’ll produce a virtual proof for you to approve.

 

RUSH ORDERS

 

Q. I need my order very quickly.  Do you have rush service?

A. YES! In most instances we can meet your rush delivery requirements.  However, this service may be limited in some instances depending on the product you need and when you need it.  Our sales representatives will advise you if your rush delivery can be met.

ARTWORK

 

Q. What type of art file do you require?

A. In most cases, we require a vector .eps or .ai file.  Generally speaking, other file types (i.e. .jpg, .tif, .bmp, .png) will need to be converted to the proper format in order to imprint your product.  

 

Q. What does “vector” mean?

A. We’ll spare you the technical jargon, but a vector file will produce optimum printing results as this file type allows us to manipulate your logo without distortion or loss of quality.

 

Q. I don’t have a vector .eps or .ai file.  What do I do?

A. Not to worry.  Send us whatever files you have and, in most cases, we’ll be able to convert your art for you.  If there is any charge to do this, we’ll let you know beforehand.

 

Q. I’m not sure if my imprint will fit on the product I want to purchase.  What do I do?

A. We’ll work with you every step of the way to make sure that your imprint will look great!  If your imprint can’t be accommodated on your product choice, we’ll let you know and suggest an alternate product or suggest changes to your imprint.
